Responsibilities
- To provide drop-in service and outreaching service of the Centre.
- To assist in managing administrative duties of the Centre.
- To assist in implementing support service programmes of the Centre.
- To mobilise and connect potential service users.
- To update service statistics and correct records, and help in preparing reports to the funding body.
Requirements
- Holder of completed Form 5 before 2012 or completed HKDSE or equivalent.
- Relevant working experiences in ethnic minorities/social services is an advantage.
- Relevant working experience in customer service is preferred.
- Good computer knowledge and skills.
- Able to speak, listen, read and write English.
- Able to speak and listen Cantonese is preferable.
- Able to speak at least 1 ethnic minority languages is an advantage.
- Able to work with and serve persons from multicultural background.
