Bliss OPlus

Introduction

"Bliss OPlus" was formerly known as "Wan Hon District Elderly Community Centre", which was founded in 1998. It was relocated to Choi Fook Estate in 2013, and was renamed as Bliss OPlus, which signifies that advanced age is something to be proud of, and our elders have the capacity to explore limitless possibilities.

 

We are dedicated to providing one-stop, comprehensive and professional community support services for elders by upholding the community-based direction and adopting an integrated service model, with innovative approaches and service mindset. We aim at promoting a self-initiated, self-learned and self-managed healthy life-style among elders, facilitating participation and continuous learning, so as to embrace their longevity and actively engage in discovering new horizons, to actualise active ageing and to put our new motto, "Proud Ageing, Creating Infinity" in action. Besides, we also provide comprehensive support to the caregivers to strengthen their confidence and capabilities in caregiving, so that the elders can continue to live in their familiar community.

 

Service Target

• Hong Kong Residents aged 60 or above residing in the district
• Caregivers of the elders
• Those living in the community

 

Application and withdrawal

Please call us or visit our centre in person for application and withdrawal procedures.

 

Membership Fee

• $21 per annum
• Fees charged for selected programmes/ services. Please feel free to contact us for details.

Choi Fook Estate, Choi Tak Estate, Choi Ying Estate, Choi Ha Estate, Choi Hing Court , Wan Hon Estate, Cheung Wo Court, Connie Towers, Hong Lee Court, Kwun Tong Garden Estate、Lotus Towers, Lok Wah (South) Estate, Lok Wah (North) Estate, Ngau Tau Kok Upper and Lower Estate, and other surrounding areas.
